Radha Agrawal is serial social entrepreneur having founded several high impact social ventures. She was a recipient of the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival’s “Disruptive Innovation Award” and named 2013’s Forbes’ “Top 20 Millienials On a Mission”. She is the founder and CEO of Super Sprowtz, a leading children’s multi-media nutrition education company whose mission is to engage children to make better food choices through storytelling, music and a proven curriculum impacting over 1 million children and counting.
She is also the co-Founder of Daybreaker, a global movement and lifestyle brand creating healthy morning dance party experiences all over the world. Daybreaker is currently in 9 cities and growing rapidly around the world.
She is also the co-Founder of THINX, a women’s apparel company that provides a sustainable, patented solution for women to provide support, comfort, confidence, and peace of mind during their “time of the month” and beyond. Radha along with her co-founders Miki Agrawal (twin sister) and Antonia Dunbar teamed up with an organization in Uganda to fund reusable cloth pads to get 67 million women in Africa back in school. Radha is an identical twin, half-Japanese, half-Indian French Canadian, former investment banker and varsity soccer player at Cornell University. She resides in Brooklyn, NY.
She has spoken at the White House, Nike HQ in Portland, Campbell’s HQ, United Nations, TedX Princeton University, Conscious Capitalism Summit, London Film Festival among many others.

Isaac Gindi is the Co-CEO of Super Sprowtz. He is also the Executive Vice President and co-owner of Century 21 Department Stores. His tenure with the company exceeds 35 years, where he formed, developed and currently oversees several consumer products divisions. He is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science degree. When he’s not getting kids to eat their veggies, he can be found at art galleries supporting artists.
As founder and director of ENK International, the foremost producer of upscale fashion trade shows in the U.S., Elyse Kroll has established herself as a pioneering innovator and savvy entrepreneur in the fashion industry. A native of New York, Kroll was drawn to the creative aspects of fashion design from an early age – she was creating her own clothing at the age of 10. Kroll is the mother of two young boys. She is very involved in raising money for charities involving children, such as The McCarton School (school for autistic children), K.I.D.S. (Kids in Distressed Situations), The Gateway and The Parkside Schools (language based learning difficulties), and Fashion Delivers (excess clothing inventory going to disaster-related areas.) She is a partner in Super Sprowtz and deeply believes in educating children about healthy food and leading an active life.
Miki is Radha’s identical twin sister and partner in Super Sprowtz. At 25 years old, Miki built WILD, an alternative, farm-to-table pizzeria without prior restaurant or business management background. Miki and Radha are opening their third WILD location in Downtown Las Vegas with Zappos.com CEO, Tony Hsieh. Josephus’s super powers sprouted in Parris Island, North Carolina, at a US Marine Corp Recruit Depot. After serving 4 honorable years, 2 combat tours in Iraq, and attaining rank of Sergeant, he translated all his leadership and technical skills into TV and film production. He pursued a BA in TV & Radio at Brooklyn College and eagerly applied his powers in creating fun and engaging content. While a student, he won the Director of Photography award from the NYC International Film Festival and Brooklyn College’s Alumni & Faculty Best Choice Award for his work on “Super Wild,” a Super Sprowtz / Wild Restaurant short film documentary. Josephus is also a devoted father to his 9 year old daughter who also shares the same passions in film and storytelling.
Raised in a small neighborhood in south Brooklyn, Roger was always a very enthusiastic and creative kid. His mother was a professional musical clown who put him in the spotlight at a young age, taught him her tricks and eventually passed him the torch. As a self proclaimed “big silly guy” Roger worked as a kids entertainer through college, this led to a lot of adventures including a year of work at Disney World. Roger loves being healthy, dancing, writing and Super Heroes. He feels like he was destined to work with the Super Sprowtz!
Alison Burrows is an international educator who is on a mission to help children make healthy choices regarding their diet and lifestyle. In 2004 Alison left her position at a major international investment bank to obtain her master’s degree in education from New York University. Since then she has worked as a classroom teacher, teacher trainer, curriculum writer, lecturer, conference organizer, and education consultant in New York, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Currently, Alison is channeling her passion for nutrition education by bringing Super Sprowtz to Dubai. When Alison is not educating, she is traveling to exotic places and finding homes for stray animals.
Myles comes from a small, rural town in western Maine and grew up surrounded by community-supported agriculture. After getting his BA from George Washington in Washington DC, he made his way to New York. His background in legal affairs, international business development, advertising, and digital media gives him a ton of insight and inspiration for the marketing team at Super Sprowtz. During college, Myles studied Arabic and lived in Damascus, Syria for a year. Like Allison, he’s excited about bringing Super Sprowtz to Dubai. He calls the Upper West Side home, but isn’t afraid to admit he misses Brooklyn.
